Eight week beginner training plan

Our 8 week beginner training plan has some helpful tips on preparing for the event over the next few weeks. We will be sending all competitors our race briefing which will explain what happens on race day. Our aim at Predator Triathlon Club is to promote fitness and well being through the medium of triathlon in a competitive, yet friendly and supportive environment. This program is aimed at people who are doing their first triathlon or new to the sport who want to set themselves a personnel challenge. As an entrant to our Triathlon at Long point Loughrea, we will keep you informed of any upcoming pre-race practice events or open club sessions.
